So for the past 6 months I've been working for a small company. I started part time, finished school for the semester, and jumped onto the "full time- 9-5" boat, thinking it was gonna be all it cracked up to be, smooth sailing. YESS!!! were my thoughts exactly...
So now it's been 6 months. I would say I've done a good job so far, minor mistakes here and there, but hey, who's counting (they for sure are). And I feel it's time to ask for a *duh dun dun* RAISE. I've felt this for the past week or so, and have yet to come up with a solid way to approach this. Is there a way? Is there some sort of written code detailing how to go about doing this?! I am totally freaking out as this is issue is getting more and more crucial, and my work load continues to grow and grow...
